2012-02-20, Thanks for the video Matt. It's cmroofting to know there are people behind the big Google machine, who are willing to manually look at penalty situations and act. I echo some other concerns here about the frustrations of not knowing the exact cause for a penalty. My site for example has been under whats known in the webmaster world as a google 950 penalty for a week and I have no idea why yet. But I plan on exhaustively poring over every line of html and triple checking the guidelines.
